  • Land Transport: Suitable for regional transfers or specific product types.

The most suitable shipping method will depend on the nature of your products (e.g., size, weight, fragility) and their origin (China, Jordan, or Turkey). Our team will guide you through the entire process, providing all the necessary assistance to ensure a smooth and efficient transfer of your goods.

Q: How do you handle returns?

A: In the event an order is canceled or refused by the customer upon delivery, the product will be returned to our warehouse in the same country where your goods are stored. We handle this entire process, and there are no extra fees for returning and re-storing these items.

A: If your customer's order was not prepaid, we offer comprehensive collection services upon delivery. We can collect the order price through Cash on Delivery (COD) or Card on Delivery, depending on the availability and common practices within the specific GCC market. A: Sales remittances are processed on a monthly basis. By the end of each month, the total revenue generated from your sales will be calculated. From this sum, any applicable subscription fees, warehousing charges, and delivery charges will be deducted. The remaining balance will then be securely transferred to your designated bank account.

Q: What are the usage-based fees?

A: Our pricing model is based solely on your usage, meaning you only pay for the services you utilize. For example, you will be charged for:

  • Storage: Billed per cubic meter (CBM) of space used.
  • Delivery & Fulfillment: Charged per order fulfilled and delivered.
